Good product for easy access in backpack. It
These are very handy and with a good container design for thru hiking. They can make the water taste great and keep you hydrated with vital electrolytes. You can get away with a half tablet to have 16 ounces tasting great.

I am pretty sensitive to items like this stomache-wise. But these tablet saved my life! As a 40 something woman doing her first advanced athletic event, these hydration tablets didn’t bother my stomach or make me feel ill. They kept my head clear and I was able to keep going! Will not do anything in this Florida summer heat without them ever again. I mixed one tablet with 32 ounces of water and it gave the water just the perfect balance of flavor. These also helped my teenage daughter survive during a boot camp outing.
