Will it fit lenovo yoga 730 13.3?

That will depend on the size of the sleeve you order. The size is clearly marked in the promotional material. If it says it can accommodate a 13.3 screen, it will.

Does this laptop case fit the charger?

Yes, if it is a small charger. However, a large charger cannot be placed in a Voova laptop sleeve.

Will one of the pockets on the 13 inch model fit a magic keyboard 2?

Possibly. The dimensions of the keyboard are 10 x 4 x 14 and the bag is 14.6 x 10.4. The top pocket is deep so it may fit, but it'll likely be a tight fit.

Can you wash these laptop sleeves? In a washing machine?

I wouldn’t but they are amazing. The outside is very water resistant and can easily be wiped down with a wet cloth and some mild soap.
