Why is my image faded when pressed??

Mine is also like this being pressed on polyester….

What temperature and how long for cups

Of course you have to test this out for your cup and heat source... but I use a tumbler heat press on stainless steel tumblers. 345 degrees, 30 sec rotate 180 degrees, 30 sec rotate 90 degrees, 15 sec rotate 180 degrees, final 15 sec.
