I don't know if it helps with gym for more power since i wss taking them for 1 month before i started to workout but it made my testicles hang low, there's a big difference for me, so i guess it really boosted the testosterone.

It’s still possible too early to say they have a wow factor as only been taking 2 a day for the last 2 weeks but I feel they are helping and seeing some change in the way I am and feel but think it will take a month at least before I can honestly say they have really made me feel great changes .. I think they will but more time needed

I’m 36 and have been taking this for about a month, splitting the dose between morning and afternoon for better results. I’ve definitely noticed more energy, strength, and focus. Hey Watch out for the TriipleA&S company selling this. I been buying this stuff for years. Bought it recently didn't know it wasn't fulfilled by Amazon and noticed when I chewed the tablet it didn't taste as it did in the past and tasted chalky. Looked at the ingredients label and it was missing some. Front label is different too. States 3000 on the one I received. Sent email to Roar Ambition and 2 rpts to Amazon. Then noticed that the pic has the correct ingredients on Amazon website but not what I recieved. So, I guess he's saying that's not what he sent me. Don't buy from TripleA&S. Unless maybe it got switched somehow during shipping. This is bull. Roar Ambition states they didn't change the ingredients.

Don't look for quick changes or long term changes.
