I'm use to homemade real-deal maple syrup from trees. No corn syrup stuff. This is lovely. Doesn't spike blood sugar. Google thge benefits. It isn't just a sweetner for pancakes. it will be a regular of mine!

For the price, I'd rather just use less honey or less agave or anything else. It was worth a shot but it has a mild sweet flavor that maybe a little like that blackstrap molasses or something. It only encouraged me to use more of it, not less. I used it all up but didn't find it satisfying. I'd take a tea spoon of honey over a table spoon of this. If you really need the low glycemic properties, I'd say research something less pricey.

Has a slightly weird flavor but it satisfies the need for sweet without wrecking my blood sugar. I use a tablespoon of it when I stir up a “no-bake cookie” in a small bowl with oats, almond butter, cocoa, and Lily’s no sugar dark chocolate chips.

Love adding this to my coffee! Gives a little bit of sweetness without any artificial taste and has a very low glycemic index.

At the beginning I didn’t like it because didn’t sweeten my coffee but with fruits is so yummy! I love this product and I will purchase more!

Easy to use in this squeeze bottle!!!

While it’s a larger quantity than the other one I bought, it didn't add any sweetness to my coffee like the first brand I used. More is not always better. I added different amounts to the coffee and you just wouldn't know a sweetener was added. Ugh! And it’s not returnable. I subtracted 2 stars for lack of sweetness and the cost for the bottle bottle that arrived.
