Not sure, I haven't had the need to change fragrances.

How many sprays can you get

For some reason the capacity is not in the listing. The same item at Macy’s states it is 4ml and gives you about 50 spritzes per refill. An article I read online written by a big fragrance aficionado who experimented with how many sprays he could get with a 50ml bottle came up with 735. So if you do the math 4ml yields 58.8 so 50 sounds about right. YMMV

It’s for perfume. You don’t eat or drink it. I wouldn’t have the slightest clue.
