As an acne prone, hormonal teenage prone, this stuff works! It is a little drying, but it is nothing that a good moisturizer can't fix. The packaging is not the white one as in the photo, but is instead their updated blue packing. That being said, it is a great face wash to use. My dermatologist recommended this for me, but since I have sensitive skin I just use it at night. I imagine that if you have normal/oily skin this would become your best friend! The lather is rich and creamy, and it leaves the face feeling squeaky clean after every wash. The pack of two is a great deal, and I've been using one tube daily for three months, and still have more in it! This has become my go-to face wash.

My dermatologist told me to use this along with antibiotics and a gentle skin cleanser. I first tried just the antibiotics, then both that and the Panoxyl, to determine if the Panoxyl actually did anything. I started with quite a lot of acne on my chest, and some on my back and arms. From what I can tell, the Panoxyl has made a notable difference. It did not completely prevent acne from forming of breaking out, but it did lessen the frequency of break outs, and lessened the amount of acne that comes with each break out. I give 4/5 stars, because for how much this stuff costs (this was the cheapest place I could find to buy them from), it doesn't do as good of a job as I would hope. Also, some people are saying they got products that were almost expired. The ones I got today have a year and a half before expiring, so perhaps that problem is now fixed. The bottles also are blue, not white as pictures.

I have very sensitive skin. I break out from conditioners on my hairline, can wear pretty much no makeup without a reaction and I now suffer from the wonderful hormonal breakouts of many 30 yr old women. Not to mention that my skin is pretty dry and I tend to not be oily. I had tried prescription topical creams to no avail. You know what worked? This face wash did. Did it dry my face? Yes it sure did. I only washed my face once a day with it, at night, to let my face adjust. I also started using okay sensitive moisturizer afterwards and would you know, besides my monthly your friend is coming breakout, I'm now a free women from the hormonal teenage kid breakouts that I thought were well in my past. It does dry so be sure to moisturize. Did it work overnight? No it took a month or so. I know it's frustrating and you want your face wash to be magical overnight but it needs time to get your skin in working order. Trust me, I'm the least patient person but it's well worth it now.
