Q: With professional installation can this be installed onto a v6 2001 mustang with a 03 cobra bumper?

You can install it on your Cobra bumper. Any decent stereo shop should be able to secure the enclosures to the rear of the bumper as outlined in the included directions. They should only charge 1 hours labor. If they have a problem installing just contact us for help.

Q: Do the LED bulbs come with them?

The angel eyes are LED. The center bulb in halogen. The center bulb is common H3 size so it can be replaced with an LED bulb as well.

Q: Does the halo work as a blinker too?
