Very challenging but I hope this helps you.
I wont kid you. This was an challenging product to get working. Its hard to find documentation on how to setup this device to troubleshoot electronics. Seeedstudio doesnt have any supporting documentation. After much trial and error (2-3 weeks worth) I finally got the product working via a link I found to[...]Edited: They removed the link when we submit reviews. Just Google search forlxtreme logic sniffer java clientThe first link should be what you need. For me, this product is working on a Microsoft Surface Book Pro running Windows 10 Pro.Dont give up, it does work. It will help you troubleshoot your Arduino IoT projects and a fraction of the cost of the Saleae Logic sniffers.

Good inexpensive logic sniffer/analyzer
I needed a logic analyzer with more inputs than my BitScope micro has. With the latest software running on Linux this works very well. The SPI decoding appears to be broken in the latest software, but it is open source code so when I have time I'll clean that up if the original author doesn't get around to it.But I found that the logic sniffer worked very well once I worked though some of the configuration for the software. Can't say how well things work on Windoze machines, but works great on Linux Mint 18.x

Works great for the price
This is a great tool. I have been wanting a digital logic analyzer at home for years but have been off put by the prices of the 8-channel ones. Using other reviews help (googling lxtreme logic sniffer java client) I was up and running in minutes. It has a decent buffer for 8 channels, I am able to record 12 seconds of 2 kHz data. It would be nice to have a live scrolling feed, but again, for what I paid I am pleased.

Works great. It would be nice if it would come with jumpers so you do not have to order additional cables to us it.

excellent for the price.
excellent for the price. Look for OLS logic sniffer software. I used a 3d printer to print a box for it. The end connectors are 5V buffered, the other inputs on the side are 3.3v only, so to use 32 bits you have to make another connector and provide your own buffering if to 5V devices.

Great Tool, despite being somewhat dated.
Although this product is dated, it is an excellent addition to the determined digital logic enthusiast's bench. Does what it says, and the price is awesome. Couldn't touch a comparible logic analyzer for even four times the price! This is a good tool.

May re-purpose the fpga for something more useful. Otherwise does its job for low-ish speed signals
Buggy and no longer supported. May re-purpose the fpga for something more useful. Otherwise does its job for low-ish speed signals.

UPDATED. With run length encoding
For $50 bucks with run length encoding, you actually get a pretty decent logic analyzer.Works well with the updated version of pulseview.Good product.
