This combination promotes high thermal conductivity, low oil leed and high themperature stability. The compounds resist change in consistency at temperatures up to 200 celsius degree, maintaning a posive heat sink seal to improve heat transfer from the device to the heatsink, thereby increasing the overall effiency. Thermally conductive silicones function as heat transfer media, durable dielectric insulation, barrers against environmental contaminants and as stress-reieving shock and vibration absorbers over a wide temperature and humidity range.
