This mold works marvelously! As you can see from the photos, it makes a very detailed and realistic mold! Another reviewer mentioned it is small and flimsy. It is a softer silicone then some, but that is on purpose. That allows you to easily remove the mold without having to freeze it or anything. You can put the mold directing into the cake. The size is designed to be the same height as an average cake — 4”. I find this size very manageable. I am a very experienced professional baker and cake maker. I highly recommend!

I was a bit surprised when I got them to see how thin the mold was. I’m used to the heavier thicker molds but this was is not much thicker than paper. However it works amazingly. I just hope it never rips bc I do think they are a bit pricey. I only got a few that I really really wanted.But the mold works great. Fondant comes out great. Easy to use. Shipping was fast and efficient. Have it a 4 star rating only bc I think it is on the thin side and was a but pricey I thought.

I have hundreds of molds/mats and this is made of the cheapest flimsy silicone you can get. Way overpriced. There are lots of little bits that can easily tear off when using it. Also, major design flaw as there is a walled border all the way around the edge. You can’t roll fondant or clay over it unless it’s really thick.

Pretty, Sturdy, Durable and keeps things clean.
