Has anyone used this product to fill in missing grout between shower tiles? If so, is it holding up long term?

For wet areas, you need to strictly follow the instructions in order to prevent it from falling apart. Before you apply, make sure the application surface is 100% dry and clean. After you apply it, ventilate the area and wait for 24 hours. If you apply it correcty, it will stick for a longer periods

How can I remove this product from a fiberglass bathtub once it has dried? Is there a product that will aid in its removal? Thank you.

The majority of it should be wiped off an hour after using (per instructions). However, if it has dried on and you're unable to remove it with a dry rag/towel, I'd recommend scraping it off with a plastic putty knife and using something like a magic eraser or other fiberglass-safe cleanser to get the excess off.
