First off, I strongly suspected this 'book' was fraudulent but ordered it to see if it did contain any useful information.It doesn't, and its best advice is to destress and take vitamins.The author of this book markets it as a cure, which obviously doesn't exist but has used people's desperation to steal money from them because they buy it with a sliver of hope.

And a friend insisted I purchase the e-book. I spent $68. This is full of nonsense. Do not waste your time and money. I only wish I saw these reviews on Amazon before I purchased it
