How does it clean up?

The glass pot rides the dishwasher, the tray rinses, and the tank empties and air-dries.

Who is this steamer best for?

Households steaming on a weekly basis who want to see the food cook in real time.

What makes this model stand out?

The top-down steam system. Instead of jetting in from the bottom, the steam coats from above for even cooking.

Why a countertop steamer instead of a pot insert?

Precise control and walk-away convenience thanks to 5 cooking presets, a 60 min. timer, an alert, and Keep Warm feature.

How do you cook rice or grains in the steamer?

Place rice or grains in a covered ovenproof dish with the recipe's recommended amount of water, then set the dish in the steaming tray.
