As far as customer service I'd have to give the seller 5 stars. I'd ordered one for my Asus Q552U unaware that this particular model had 2 different size charging ports, the company was very quick to replace it with the correct one and even called me personally to explain why the one I ordered didn't fit, with that being said now that I've used it for a couple of weeks here are the pros and cons:Pro: cord come in "2" parts unlike the OEM that I got with my laptop so it's a lot longerIt cost a lot less than other similar productsCustomer service is outstanding.Cons: The cord does not stay in the port of the laptop as well as I'd like it too.The adapter box (where the one cord goes in and the other comes out) gets incredibly HOT, hot enough to burn you.

Used this adaptor as my main one cause I velcroed it under my desk. I used a portable desk around house, this was perfect and let me use original adaptor as a travel one. Thank you
