I used natural henna for my roots, and it turn red because of the grey, So how can I get my roots back to black?

I use the natural Henna first on the roots. I follow this with the indigo. It mixes/develops differently (10 minutes) from natural henna (2 -6 hours). I leave the indigo on about 15 minutes as I am only trying for auburn. Leave it longer for black. I hope this helps.

Can I use this for body henna?

Do I have the choice to use it alone for hair coloring? Or I should use it with henna?

I have used indigo alone for my hair. However I like my hair color better when I use henna/indigo combination. Also, indigo leaves my hair stiff while adding henna makes my hair very soft.

Is this henna or indigo? The reviews are about henna, I purchased henna before from this listing, and now the packaging says "Indigo".

If the package says indigo, then it's not henna. I use indigo after I use henna to make my hair brown. The blue indigo neutralizes the bright orange from the henna and makes my hair a rich shade of dark brown.
