Amazing amazing just amazing! Though I'm just a beginner i used the closed comb, the shave was super smooth. For any beginners reading this, I'm a super beginner, this was my 3rd shave of my life. If you're a beginner use the close comb plate for a few months so as to get a habit of it. My first two shaves were with cartridge system gillette mach 3 and they were painfull, I'm sure it was because i don't have experience but still after those two shaves i felt a little burning on skin, all in all not comfortable. But this Pearl L55 DE was just amazing. Imagine being a super beginner like me who had his 3rd shave of his life had a smooth experience. The pack contains, closed comb plate, open comb plate, 10+1 (total 11) Willy's blades. Blades are of very good quality, beginner friendly for sure. I'm very very very impressed. The weight of the handle is nice and heavy. Feel of the whole setup is premium. And yes there was also a cleaning cloth in the box. Packaging was good, delivered only in 2 days. I'll update/edit this review in a few days after i give it to some experienced people and I'll gather their opinions and write here. So, the open comb is perfect for those with some experience of handling a razor. Open comb is not intimidating and is perfectly fine just try it if you have been shaving for sometime. Go for this razor no doubt. Beginner friendly. It's not too good for hard beard because you'll have to do many many strokes to clear the skin. If you have a hard beard go for Mühle R41.

You will get more than you expect .. looks & feels premium 😍. It won't slip from ur hand & it won't hold ur finger prints. Thanks pearl for making this razor in affordable price (don't raise the price) But one thing in short .. " this one is Royal Enfield " 😜😂 in razor club .. feels heavy & premium . . Old school . . After I seen many articles 'that double edge razors r eco friendly and hygienic compared to plastics I changed to use double edge razors ❤️ .. yes it will make some cuts in start lyk u learn riding a bike . . But at the end you will enjoy every shave. . This is my second double edge razor 1st I got feather butterfly head that works well very very mild mostly used to shave private parts 😂 but it didn't give premium vintage feel lyk pearl .❤️❤️ I'm around 25 & 90s kids should consider using double edge razors.. Try to get razors from pearl shaving company (L55), pinkwolf(open comb) or Romer 7(hybrid). I gonna buy all there love to use Double Edge wet shaving 😋🚿 It's a dream for 90's kids to hold a good double edge razor with a brush 😂 lyk our dad do evry morning . . I suggest any of the three razor above paired with pink wolf soap 🚿🍭😶 which cost around 250rs and have to choose a budget frndly brush that must not be plastic 😶. Totally hate plastics😂😂😂😂 . Reasonably good product for the price

Nice product. I thought its light in weight. But its good quality and little weighter than nrml shaver. Gives smooth shave too... i loved it.

great product geat packaging, the box will b helpfull in long run i got two blades, one open comb and one close comb just as written in discription (oc+cc) there is no overhang from the sides when we put the blade in, the weight is heavy and looks and feels very premium. i have only used closed comb to shave for now and it feels mild, not aggressive. i am happy with the razor. also i read some comments about its finishing coming off and colour changing, so i coated the entire thing with some almond oil and mustard oil which will protect it from corrosion in the long run, lets see how it works . for now 10/10 product for me.

This razor is mild but efficient when using Wilkinson Sword blades. I love the vintage look. The Edwin Jagger/ Gillette Heritage style of head is excellent.

The quality of this razor is highly impressive at this price point. Good weight, great finish and attention to detail. The head provided on this 3 piece is geared to a very mild shave, which it gave and I do not always like for my beard profile. However, this is just outstanding quality at any price point....Bravo Pearl, I'm a fan!
