Bought this to cook quick "eggs in a basket/nest" and it works great! It's the perfect size for slices of bread so I've been using it for grilled tomato/cheese sandwiches. I dunno' but it's so quick/fast and easy to clean that I've been finding all kinds of uses for it. The non-stick coating looks very durable so it should last a long time. If you just want a handy little fry pan for smaller portions --this is a great choice.

This is a great pan for making toast, fresh toast, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc. Personally I prefer round pans without any bolts on the pan for eggs because of clean up so I have yet to use it for eggs. It is light weight and easy to clean. It cooks bread evenly. It doesn’t feel very durable but I suspect it will last a while if it is taken care of.

Great pan, works well and heats evenly. I wish the wood was a little stronger or better sealed, as I found a crack in the wood today and so the handle is a little wobbily despite being screwed in tight. It'll probably last a while longer but that's a bit disappointing.

I have only used low heat, never medium or high, but the pan did warp a bit and wobbles. Still safe, useable, easy to clean, but I wish it had stayed completely flat.Honestly, sometimes I just used the spatula in a round pan.

I was excited to purchase this square pan, but the coating began to fail. I have purchase Ceramic Coated frying pan, but this pan is the worst. I would suggest using you funds elsewhere.

This will definitely last me a long time. It's easy to clean, it doesn't scratch easily, it's light but sturdy... I have no regrets whatsoever. Would recommend!

Excellent ! Now with a bit of practice I can be like Master from Midnight Diner and make rolled omelette. The spatula and brush are a nice touch and definitely make the task a little easier.
