Q: Photo is misleading. 24' roll in photo and the product is 12". Fix it?

its 24” x 12” = 2 roll you can choose how much more “ you want x 12”

Q: What direction is the adhesive?

Direction? I'm not sure I understand what you mean, but I will say that this is adhesive vinyl, not heat-transfer, so the adhesive is on the back, which is also gold chrome (i.e. if you put it on glass, it will appear as the same gold foil color on both sides). It cuts normally like 651.

Q: Is this removable or permanent?

It is NOT Heat transfer vinyl but does stay on surfaces pretty good.
