Recently, I had the need to redo our bathroom. The wife and I chose this oil rubbed bronze color because of it's versatility. If you are handy with the tools, you'll find this very easy to install. Because I was using these to replace older trim, I verified with Delta if they would fit. As it turns out, the only new piece I had to get was an inexpensive tub pipe to make it fit correctly. We've been using this for about 6 months and it has performed very well. My wife loves the bigger spray from the shower head and I love that it uses less water! She'll continue to love her 15 min showers and I'll have less of a water bill! Yippee!

When i redid my house a plumber friend helped. I had fixtures picked out and he told me to buy delta. i said that the other brand was cheaper and looked just as good. He said sure, but if you need to find a 2 dollar part to repair one of those in ten years youll be out of luck. He said that he can get parts for 50 year old delta faucets and that Delta guarantees everything they make. Im very glad that i went with delta. i had a small rubber piece that covered a screw head go missing on a shower head and thought id had to buy a new shower head. delta sent me a bag of the things. And now i had a rubber stop wear out and they sent me and entire spigot assembly. and they didnt charge me.

I bought this to update an old, ugly, standard set that comes with a tub/ shower. This was installed in a tub that has a bath fitters liner in it (it was there when I bought the house). Since that's the case I was able to install everything (well, plummer/neighbor installed it) except the handle that turns the water on and off. So I'm left with beautiful shower fixtures and an ugly, silver handle. The color is spot on; the only problem I had was with the water pressure from the shower head. I had to replace the shower head with another Delta with multiple settings. It only took about an hour to install everything. If you are trying to stay uniform I'd recommend replacing the overflow cap and the drain stopper too. They have some fairly good priced ones here on Amazon.

I used to recommend Delta faucets across the board. Then quality plummeted except for tub-shower valves.Now the valve is still great, but the Trim is getting cheaper and cheaper.The worst of it is the spout. It's not the Delta standard connection that us plumbers have relied on for decades. Now the spout connects with the cheap style, where a set screw Dents the Copper. No thanks. So now that I scheduled the install, it's too late to get a different spout. That means another trip out there to install a Real Delta connection style.The showerhead is also cheap with no adjustment.The shower arm is pretty decent with a thick face end.The cartridge comes with the kit, and the color is nice.The price here is good enough to purchase a separate spout, and still beat the local store prices.
