I ordered my Air fryer from Amazon it took 2 weeks to arrive and was shipped from the US. The voltage for the UAE and US is different. After the first use there was allot of smoke and back vent melted. Then it stopped working altogether. Save your money, DO NOT BUY I tried to get it fixed locally and they said they will need the parts from the US and costs as much as this product to fix. MONEY WASTED

I had the worst experience, buying this product. It caused an explosion in my kitchen and Amazon and the seller are refusing to replace it.

This is an awful faulty product. I plugged it into the socket and it did not work. It is faulty and I have been told I can't return

I waited a while before writing a review as I wanted to be honest about the product after using it for 2 weeks or so. A little background for context: I’ve relocated from the UK to Dubai and we’re renting out here. The landlord has provided an electric hob & oven which are completely inadequate and take longer to heat up than any I’ve used in the past so I knew I needed an alternative. I’ve never owned an air fryer so I knew nothing about them. I researched for hours and hours and this product kept coming up as a 6-in 1 solution with large capacity so I placed an order. As soon as my order was placed, the seller got in contact with me to inform that the product works with 120 V and I will need a 220V voltage converter. I ordered one straight away given this advice and I got the Kodama Transformer 1500 W input 220 v output 110 v (again after tons of research). I confirmed the order with the seller and the item was shipped as soon as I’d sent a message back. I was so impressed by how quickly the seller responded and I was pleasantly surprised that they’d upgraded my delivery so I’d receive my product sooner than the delivery date. The product itself is life changing. This is coming from someone that actually doesn’t mind cooking. You can literally throw everything in and walk away knowing that you’re not compromising on taste or quality of your food, it’s just less hassle and gives you more time to focus something else. I use my Foodi throughout the day, for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks as it is so versatile. I’ve put my microwave away because I’ve found that the reheat setting makes my leftovers taste better. I’m really enjoying using this product. It’s given me so much time back in the kitchen and it’s a bonus knowing that I hardly need to add any oil to achieve a delicious meal for my and my family. Absolutely recommend this product. Also, I shop on Amazon a lot and have come across some good and bad sellers. This is definitely one of the best sellers I’ve encountered. This is the best new kitchen appliance I’ve purchased in a very long time. Best of all worlds. Update: I’ve purchased 4 of these including gifts for our grown children. They also LOVE their dual basket air fryer and use it all the time. I own the one basket Ninja already, but immediately saw the issue of preparing different courses of meats and veggies. Different foods take different times and temps so you have to figure out how to get everything hot at the same time. This dual basket solves that. I also purchased the big Foodi w/pressure cooker, but returned it. It was pretty complicated and clunky. I didn’t like the two lids required for preparing many foods if the pressure cooker is being used. Really have to read a manual to get the hang of it. Must commit to it and eventually master it. I joined Facebook groups and many love it but it didn’t solve the issue for busy workers looking to get a nice healthy meal of protein and veggies done quickly since there was only a single basket again. Many air fryers have multiple cook options. The dual basket cooking is why this is the one to get. Just drop the food into each basket, enter cook method (one of the 6 options) and time for each basket. You can choose smart finish - which automatically syncs up the 2 sides so the foods finish cooking at the same time. If you just want to make a lot of one thing (lots of chicken), the 2 baskets combine to 8 qt and there is a quick setting to copy the cooks settings to both baskets. So you either set cook time and temp for each basket individually, or, just copy the settings so they are the same. Either way, foods finish at the same time Easy to clean, just drop the basket and the included crisper plate into the dishwasher. Meats and veggies, fresh and frozen and other foods like fruit or baked goods can be made. Don’t need special cook pans but there is an available broil rack option that raises the food closer to the heating element. I will get it but it’s out of stock. Since it’s brand new, there aren’t other options, so you have to check out the options for other small baking pans etc. available on the market (sizes) to fit into the basket. Remember, any pans that can go in the oven can go in the Ninja (it’s not a microwave where you have to be careful). Again, no extra pans needed but some optional pans could expand baking options. I don’t have them and am happy with what’s standard. It’s so easy. Highly recommend. A+.

Top notch air fryer! We switched from a single basket and it makes cooking very convenient. The match cook and smart cook timing so that both baskets end together is very nice for busy evenings. We have had no issues with the quality of cooking. The baskets are very easy to clean.
