I bought a size up, and they fit snuggly. I have a 34" waist, but got the XXL instead of the XL. I'm glad I did, otherwise they would be too tight.They smell horrible! I mean, so horrible that they will give you a headache. Even washing them and using fabric softener hasn't gotten rid of the smell. So, be warned.I think they work, as far as making you sweat. They are great for cold climates, as they trap in your body heat very well. However, if you want to weat them under clothes to help burn fat while doing everyday things, it might become difficult to use the bathroom. The more you sweat, the more it feels like you're peeling off a wet swimsuit. Getting it back up is even more difficult. I will update if this actually helps target my unwanted inches.

Works great. Theymake u sweat!! I would advise if your like me and allergic to latex make sure to wear a thin long johns or pants layered between your skin and sweating pants.

These pants definitely do their job! The reason for the 4 star is because 1 they dont go all the way up to my waist therefore i wear a pair of biker shorts to keep them up and second they are a little noisy. It sounds like i have on windbreaker pants on. So at work everyone knew i was entering a room. But when i hit the gym with these on my legs look like they just came out the shower. Love them so far cant wait for the results. They run small im bottom heavy so i got the largest size.

These pants fit my purpose, to sweat excessively for moderate exercise. They are hard to get on and hard to get off. I wish I had ordered a large. I'm 5'6'' and 145 lbs. They ripped in the knee on a seam on my third use while I was kneeling but I more attribute this to getting too small a size than the quality of the garment. Considering the price and usefulness they were a good value but size up!

I'm going to keep them but the fabric makes the sizing off they run closer to sz then the tops....

Overall, this product was a disappointment. I wore it for 2 hours, and my skin was barely damp. The leggings fit like a scuba suit and make A LOT of noise as you walk. So much that I didn't want to wear them out of the house to walk my kids to school. And the smell is horrible, like rubber tires. I have sensitive skin, and they made me very itchy. They just weren't comfortable and didn't do what I expected. The size was perfect though. Thankfully, the return was easy. If you are considering this, I would recommend the waist cinch instead.

It’s good quality, sizes run small. I bought one size up just in case, length is to short, doesn’t fit right in the hip area.
