Great for all premenopausal issues
This medication is the truth, this is my 1st time ever leaving a review on Amazon , it help with hot flashes and help me sleep at night, most importantly it eliminates my dryness and I feel better while having ss, in between I am 48

Changed my menopausal life!!!! 🤗 Had to figure out the best time of day to take it, which for me was at bedtime because I was having nighttime hot flashes, but... Wow! No more hot flashes! Woohoo! Highly recommend trying it if you're dealing with hot flashes. Tips: 1. Take it before the usual time you would experience hot flashes. 2. I also cut out refined sugar when I realized it was exacerbating hot flashes. Give it a try. 3. Buy it now... Why are you still reading my review!? Just put it in your cart and get the relief you desperately need! 95% works for hot flashes
I was waiting to write a review after I finish taking the bottle so I am happy with the results. It doesn’t take your hot flashes away completely but it does help them. I was waking up soaking wet hot and after taking these, I was still waking up hot, not as frequent and not soaking wet. I would take one pill as directed a day. I usually took it midday, and I did notice and I did see in a couple other reviews that if you skipped a day,you wouldn’t feel the effects of the pill, but if you continued it the next day it instantly would work. I definitely would recommend it. I guess I was expecting complete relief, but having a little bit of a relief is better than not having any at all.

My solution
No night sweats or hot flashes if I take I’d daily. Those are the only noticeable symptoms I have.
