Handmade red tulip reduction linocut print card

This red tulip card is from a small, limited edition of only ten. The number of this card is written below the printed image. This is an original piece of art, NOT a copy. A unique card for a special recipient! This card is blank inside. The card and envelope measure 4 x 5.5 inches. The card is Canson acid free 98lb paper. The envelope is kraft paper. Card and envelope come wrapped with a beaded hemp ribbon in a cellophane sleeve and shipped in a sturdy envelope. The tulip image has been designed and carved into linoleum and hand printed by me using water based inks. The linoleum block is carved out, no other prints can be made (Picture 5). The print was made in the color reduction method: One block of linoleum is carved and inked and printed on a small edition of papers until the image is complete. Red, Turquoise and Green inks were used.
