THIS - is almost the same aspirator I bought 20 years ago, a baby aspirator which worked for a deviated septum. It squeezes water to clear my nose. THIS - is the only kind that works well. The others do NOT. Baby bulbs are BEST for a seniors. I hate those Nettie pots that drip water past my nose, onto my shirt, and onto my pants, onto the floor. And I hate taking drugs to clear my nose. With a history of a broken nose, I am stuffed up everyday, like a perpetual cold. I had my nose fixed but after a few years, its back. I was told my OLD aspirator is not being made. The only thing we could buy was a big bulb with a skinny neck that moves water slowly and not much of it. A REAL aspirator will blow that stuff back inside and such it out and make the nose clear. Sure, stuff can get caught in the mouth of the aspirator, but a big squeeze outward clears it. I looked for my old one to be made again for many years. Finally, they are reborn again. Even better! They have a longer neck but it works. I haven't had a chance to check out the aspirator completely, I used it once and it was good. I am still using the old one which I have kept clean over these many years. I only wish they made them like the old ones but the Grannies Cheeky Monkey will work fine.Wanting the old one remade, I sent letters but the manufacturer's customer service would read a script to me. When we call customer service departments, either we get a script or we get banned for complaining, even if we're nice. The younger generation do poor business or make threats to their customers. Oh no! There's another complaint! Now they'll ban me from calling or send their goons to me. Seriously, this company that sent me their aspirators have the right stuff. My aspirators were were sent FAST. GOOD JOB! I like their business. Clink those glasses for a 5 star review! Better yet, send me a coupon for something else you sell.

These are nice for babies with extra small nose holes like our little bit. These work way better than the huge bulb thing that the hospitals use and really get out some gunk

For our granddaughter after the one from the hospital blew out... most definately recommended for all parents... high-quality and must have!!! Great shower gift!!!!

Didn't work for us.

Dangerous, Dangerous, Dangerous. Too hard, too thin and too long. Causes nasal bleeding and can cause other damage. The design is flawed. .

It doesn't suck much out of the baby's nose. The nose frida works so much better. Don't waste your money on this product.
