I ordered three drain pumps, installed two of them, these pumps made a horrible vibrating noise when draining these pumps cost me money and time. I will order from another place and reinstall the pumps. No thanks for selling a lousy LG drain pump knock off

The merchant seller was courteous and thoughtful, offering a link to an installation video in a polite message through Amazon. It was a kind gesture, but we didn't need to access the video.Installing the motor was quite simple. It was of similar quality to the factory original, and it fit perfectly.

It made a loud buzzing sound from the first moment it was installed and I’m a Mechanic and electrician so it’s installed correctly. I don’t think it’s worth keeping and risking it, as it sounds horrible and on the way to failing soon. Buy a LG factory replacement part like the askool unit. Whisper quiet and quick to pump out the water.

Ours went out. We purchased this one and with the help of YouTube my husband had it replaced in under an hour, saving us the expense of a service call and whatever they would charge for the part and time to replace. Don't know about longevity as we just put it in 2 weeks ago, but it works great now!

Broken plastic piece on part, but still installed and worked...

Damaged when I received it and the motor is loud. Bad product all around. What is sad about it is that I just ordered another one and tried really hard not to get it from the same place. I just found out it came from the same place and also cost me more money. Something is wrong with this picture.
