I purchased 12 shades from you I fitted 6 in one room then found a couple with faults in the bar thread was to long and there were a couple of other issuesThis has stopped me from updating the next room the electrician is now not available for a long periodCan you please except them back as returnsCan you please inform me on the return processThe ones that I have used are excellent I’ll give you a good rating for THOSEThanks

Dodgy
One of these lights trips my electric every time you turn it on. It’s not the fitting-,it has been checked and re checked. Waste of money

Instructions are terrible
The instructions for these are horrible. Took a lot longer than I anticipated to install because of the shoddy instructions. We thought we were missing a piece, but it turns out they decided to attach it and leave the other loose to cause confusion. I did not hardwire them; I imagine that would have taken even longer though.

Not what I expected it to be
I wanted a plug in wall light that was not required to be wired in before it’s use just one that you just put a bulb in hang it and plug it in and turn it on
