Remove glue off car body work

It would depend on the glue but I would really suggest not using acetone on car paintwork. At best it would likely take the shine off the surface and be hard to polish back to match the rest of the car paint and at worst may bubble up and remove the paint. If you really want to try then use a small amount somewhere it won't be seen like under a bumper and dab it on with a rag. Check you application rag to see if any paint colour has come off on it then leave for an hour or two to see what happens.

Would it remove super glue

If I remember one thing from Chemistry class at school it's that acetone is perfect for dissolving superglue and making it unstick. So that's a yes.
