Q: Is this bag gray or colored? The review photos show bright lime green and orange bags but all of the product images are grey with colored stitching.

The bags are now gray with colored stitching.

Q: It seems like it came with dividers but I can't tell how they are supposed to be set up? Doesn't seem possible if discs are in there like pictured

If you take the dividers out you can set the discs in like pictures.

Q: Anyone know how to use the internal velcro dividers?

Dividers go side to side too divide into 3 sections letting you placing the disc front to back. You only use these if you have a few disc. The more disc you have then the less dividers you use, or you can place the max disc left to right (side to side) with no dividers!!
