Ok, maybe not, but they've made walking around in the mud and snow much more fun.I haven't had rain boots since childhood, ages ago, but was sick of wet feet.These look and feel great. I am wearing them in snow also to feed the birds, compost or just walk around outside.I'm sure they'll be great in spring and summer too.A little about the boots:When you put them on, they are very straight up and down, rather stiff with no flopping over. I wasn't sure I'd like that, but I do. There is a little loop on the back you can hold to pull on or off. They appear to be plastic coated over some type of thick polyester material (maybe the specs spell it out, but this is my personal review of my actual boots). There is a small heel. I don't like heels, so this is as high as I like it, but it's very low.I highly recommend rain boots for adults. Walk in the mud, splash in the rain and frolic in these boots. Enjoy the wild world outside your doorstep.

The person these were purchased for normally wears 9-9.5W with a 15" calf where the top of the boots should hit (plus size female18-20). Size 10 way too small & 10.5 is as large as they go (those would be too small as well). Could not get her foot in boot past ankle with thin socks & leggings. RUNS VERY NARROW, all the way up the shaft of the boot. Not enough flare at the top, no way they would fit with thicker socks or pants.Other than the size issue, the boots are beautiful & look well constructed. Durable looking sole with nice deep tread. No weird smell, lovely pattern (midsummer black, though not as vibrant as photos show) & look like they would last at least a few seasons under normal wear. A size 12 in these would be about right.

I’ve worn these while taking my daily 13 min walk in the rain And so far so good. I can step into puddles and my socks remain dry. These boots have a decent level of comfort for walking but require a bit of support if you plan on walking longer than 15 mins or so.

These boots are thin and unlined. I take a 6 and I ordered a 7 so I could slip them on and off. They were nearly too small. The print was a faded version of the advertised picture. I bought a similar pair priced almost the same from a different company for my daughter on the same day. Hers ran true to size, the print was bright and crisp, and they were lined. Pick a different seller.

After reading the reviews I ordered my regular size 8 and they were very narrow in the foot bed feel uncomfortably tight and really small unless you have very skinny calves I don’t recommend these they are very tight on your legs and feet I ordered the lemon print and I was disappointed by the quality as well have returned them

Alright so here goes ... the boots came are very Pretty, BUT they have a God awful SMELL. Smells like a skunk on steroids INSIDE and OUT. So what I did was air them out for 2 whole days and nights. I figured since it’s so cold abt 40 degrees at night it would help. Next day even sprayed a little Lysol disinfectant inside both boots. Took it a lil further and rinsed the boots off with lavender Pinesol and water. Still strong smell. I will think twice before order from this particular company again. I mean... who the hell wants boots that smell like WEED inside and out. Especially when your allergic to it. I’m pissed because it’s Sunday and the smell is still bad. I should’ve known because when I opened up the box I had to get the box the heck out of my house.Sincerely ... Pissed.

I bought this for my grandma and didn’t think it was be really good when I bought it the size was perfect and whenever you walked on the wet floor you wouldn’t slip

These are adorable. I have a huge yard and pasta of it are without grass and sometimes muddy. I have dogs and need to keep the yard clean and debris free so I don't have to worry when they are running around. That's boys are prefect for that and they're cute as heck.

Im very pleased with these boots. I chose a larger fit boot to wear thick socks. Love the print. Easy to rinse offany mud. Thick and durable material. Happy with my purchase.
