The variety of Irwin collagen I normally use was not available at this time so I ordered this to get me through until the other one arrives. I wish there had been a discounted price for ordering 2+ like the health food stores offer. My store was out of stock which is why I ordered online. Any way, it is a large supplement but the coating makes it easy to swallow.
