I had used my Quest off and on since I had gotten it. Once I was able to get a better GPU, I really wanted to expand the functionality and hook it to my PC (making sure to use a USB 3.0 connection on PC). The cable itself works great! Has a good data rate for playing games like Phasmophobia and Skyrim. The software itself is usually what can be fiddly and there are occasional software crashes, but that seems to be the fault of the Oculus or Steam software, not the cable. And when that happens I simply have to reconnect the Quest from it's own software and it picks up where I have left off.The cable itself is great build quality. The angled connection feels secure and the braided shell of the cable slides easily about as I move around my room. And the length of it is perfect for my play space.

This works great as a link cable. My quest connected right away, didn't need to do anything with drivers or oculus. At first I thought it was bulky, and it did hold up for a long time (About a year) until it broke. I was never harsh on my cable, only putting wear on it through normal use. My quest started having a lot of lag, disconnecting, refusing to connect and then finally not connecting at all over the course of a month. It was extremely flexible and didn't really give me any mobility issues while I did use it though. Never came unplugged when it wasn't supposed to, and coiled up nicely.

I just received this today and WOW!It works great and has improved speed and increased quality compared to Air Link. I’m able to charge and play games at the same time, including steam games. The braided cable is great to have for longevity and to keep pets from chewing through it. All in all it’s a no brainer, there’s no point in spending the $70 on an official Oculus cord.The only issue I’ve had is that when I first hooked it up the oculus app wouldn’t recognize that it was plugged in. However, I restarted the Quest and it started working immediately.

This cable is very long and has a good sturdiness to it which is great for VR gaming with the headset on it worked well with allowing me to hook the VR up to steam to play games. Would purchase again.

Works great for Oculus Quest 2 connected to my PC for both data and power. This cable charges the headset while in use so the overall power drain is reduced significantly while using the Quest 2. Third party software reports the headset is receiving 896mA (~1A) to charge. I was able to spend several hours playing both Quest 2 and PC VR games instead of just the usual 2 or so hours on the Quest 2 battery. The USB-C connector for the headset snaps in tight and the USB-A for PC is built solid. Only minor complaint is the cable is braided really well which also makes it seem rigid and stiff initially. Overall great cable!

I bought this back in February. When it actually arrived, I held off using it for a few months because I had been using a magnetic USB-C connector with my Quest 2, and hadn't had super long VR sessions (less than 30 minutes), so charging it on the magnetic charger seemed more convenient and didn't restrict me to playing near a wall with a charger.Once I started using my Quest more often however, it would die during my sessions, which, necessitated the use of the longer cable for direct charging for the longer sessions. I probably had a good 3 weeks - 1 month of actual usage before the actual connector portion of the cord became loose and dislodged inside the Quest 2 charging port. I had to use Nail Clippers to function as a wedge and try it out of the Quest charging port. Luckily, it did no further damage, but the fact that this braided cord has such weak connectors is upsetting for such little use.Would not recommend getting this cable. Quality of the cord is fine, but the actual connector piece strength and resistance to wear and tear is garbage. Its a shame too, because the quality of the cord otherwise would've lead you to believe it would last a good amount of time too.

Oculus would have you spend upwards of $70 for a shorter cable that does the exact same thing.This cable from KRX does everything the official Oculus cable does, is longer, and costs less. What else could you want?Connect to any USB 3.0 or faster port on your system and you're off to the races.TIP: Route the cable up and under the strap that goes over your head, and then let it hang down behind you. This will free your elbows and hands from being caught while immersed in your chosen VR experience!Overall a great product and I would recommend it to anyone.

I am no longer disconnected from My VR Experience. due to connection issue. Hasn't happened once.

I have purchased this for vr use for Oculus Quest 2 to cable link with Unreal engine. It works well and there is no any delay in realtime archviz viewing. Cable is good but price i felt a bit higher. And when i plug and unplug from the oculus, it was very tight to unplug at early time...bt now its getting easier i fear if it get too loose without staying there properly. Overall good one till now
