Arrived quicker than expected. Excellent heat retention, looks good, easy to disassemble the lid to wash. It pours pretty slowly but that's by design, and it doesn't drip. I use it for coffee in my office, I get three mugs out of it (more or less) and it stays hot until poured.

Good design and colour. Wonderful performance on keeping the water hot for more than 4 hours.

To be honest, I saw all the information from Amazon, introducing wordings are Japneses. So I expect it made by Japan. Does Amazon consider to indicate all the information is made by where. It is quite helpful and reduce return produce.

Phenomenal product. Keeps my coffee piping hot all day long. So impressed I bought two of them. Great colours aswell.

This is a defective item, I recently just took out to use which already expired the return period. It is not keeping warm at all, completely useless. Just a waste of money!

I always like this brand because of the good quality and good looking but the internal wall of this kettle “exploded” and broken into few pieces inside after 6 months use. Manufacturer should look into the reasons. My family is using same ones and work well as always.

Really like this carafe. Now I can make 3-4 cups of tea using only two teabags! And the tea stays hot for easily several hours. I now use it every weekend morning when I'm just hanging around the house enjoying a long, long breakfast time. I like how easy it is to clean. The lid comes apart so then can be easily flushed under the tap. Also the matte colour looks great left out on the counter. Well worth the price for a quality Japanese product.

Works as expected. Keeps the morning coffee hot for many hours. Holds a full pot of 60oz with some room to spare. Solid construction, no leaks. I like the plastic bottom to prevent dings on the metal, but I wonder if that seal might go someday. Pretty easy to clean, but you do have to rinse the top well to get all the coffee out, and then shake it out well while holding the valve open to get all the water out. As far as staining, I've had a bunch of metal carafes and travel containers and they all stain, but a little vinegar, maybe a little baking soda, and a brush usually takes care of it. I have two Zojirushi travel mugs that still work well after more than a decade of use, so I had no hesitation to spend a bit more for a quality product that I expect will hold up over the long haul.
