How long is the shelf life ?

I tend to use this rather quickly so I have never bothered to check the expiry date. I like this brand because it's actually finely grounded almond flour. Purchased it at least 4 times so far.

Can't see any storage instructions, does it need to be stored in the fridge?

It's ground almonds, just milled much finer. So no need to keep in fridge. Store like flour but I would make sure you seal bag to keep fresh
