Q: I ordered and received this. The picture has great letter variety in each of the 4 different types of beads. Why doesn't mine?

Same for me. Each type only had 4 or 5 different letters

Q: How do you knot this string mine keeps coming undone?

Double tie it and put a little super glue on the knot

Q: how do you add the clasp?

I don’t plan on using a clasp. I will use what is called a surgical knot to join the elastic thread. You could do the same surgical knot to attach a clasp and a ring ☺️
