Good in theory, but not so good in practice
I purchased this as a Christmas present for my husband and neither of us liked its design. It does what it is advertised to do, so I rated it so high despite not liking it. You can only use small keys, and the keys are compacted together so it is hard to get them out. The keys fold on top of one another so you have to pull all the keys out to get to any that are not the first key to pull out. It's also hard to use the key as the keychain has no space between the key and the keychain. Been using it for over a year though and the durability is good. It is well made. Like I said, it does what it is designed to do, which is to minimize the space your keys take up and in that respect it does very well. It just isn't for my lifestyle.

Don't be fooled by Etsy sellers.
I had smart key since it first was advertised. I usually carry my Keys hooked onto my pants belt loop. I really hated when people heard my keys then turning to see who was making the noise. I like being in stealth mode and this product does just that and more.I lost my Keys Recently and and I had to replace my old SMarKey. I bought something on Etsy that looked like it was the Exact same thing but it wasn't, The Edges on the Etsy Version was very Rough compared to the Real SmartKey. Don't be fooled by imitators, obviously I learned the hard way. It may sound ridiculous but those small detail and the locking system makes a difference.Just a two things I wish I had for this SmartKey. I key size tracker that fits with in the SmartKey. The Plastic SmartKey version broke on me. So I wouldn't recommend that one if you carry it in your pocket while doing any kind of heavy duty work. Also if your SMartKey falls on the floor you might not hear it compared to a conventional key ring, so I would recommend Putting a Return to owner if found tab in the SmartKey until they make a Smart tab small enough to fit inside the SmartKey.I'm happy with the product.

My keys are no longer a clump of random keys to sort through
To be honest, I needed my glasses and a tray with edges to get this assembled, but I was done and very satisfied in 20 minutes. Read the instructions or you will be taking it apart to get it right.I have used this for 30 days and it is holding up very well.My infrequently needed keys are in this and I have gotten them out three times. I like the dash of red with my keys too.

14 keys probably won't fit
The device is a pretty good one, but it has a few drawbacks. One of the biggest is that it's not able to hold as many keys as advertised. While it's marketed as being able to hold 14 keys, in reality it can only hold around 8 office sized keys keys comfortably. This means that you have to be very careful and perform a bit of a balancing act to get all of your keys in place before you can tighten down the bolts. Despite this flaw, the device still has a lot of positive features that make it a good choice for many people. Just be aware that you might need to get creative with how you arrange your keys if you have a lot of them.

Saves space in your bag or pocket
Better than expected. Have been using this for a few days and it saves space in my pocket and easy to throw in my bag when going on a hike. Nice to no longer get a key to the leg or hear the annoying jingle when walking. I’ve got 5 keys and a fob on mine and it works great.

Absolutely amazing
I absolutely love this new key chain.. as a teacher and a coach I have a ton of keys and it is literally the worst thing, hauling around 20something keys on the regular. The key smart key holder is a great solution to my problem. I doubted it’s sturdiness but it has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Saves from bulkiness
Awesome product. Bought for my husband, he had a cheap one from homedepot for 5 years, so it was time for a new one. Hope this last as long as the homedepot one.

Simple and convenient
I bought the most basic model since i have 8 keys max at any one time. I have never had a problem with it and i love the fact that i don’t have keys getting tangled in my pocket. If i lose it or it breaks, the first thing I’ll do is get another one pronto!

Slightly overpriced, great for yale keys, not great for mortice keys.
3 stars, because this is a nice product. If your keys are all similar in size/shape to the keys shown in the promotional images, then you'll love it. If you have any slightly larger keys, or mortice keys (chubb / barrel / cylinder) - then it's no use. You get a "loop ring" with it, basically a small attachment that lets you connect a standard keyring.. but then that defeats the purpose. This cost me £20.. I decided to buy this version (there is a flexible version that costs £10) - because it would be sturdy, secure, and seemed like it would work for me. However, upon realising that half my keys will not fit (I have a few mortice keys) - I now think that £20 is far too much to pay for this. Don't get me wrong, it's well made, good quality, nice finish, feels and looks good... just feels like £20 is too much for a keyring that only works on 50% of keys. They claim "universal" on their packaging and promotional material.. but they entirely disregard mortice keys. It _is_ possible to put 2 mortice keys in this thing, one on either side (and using the provided spacers) - but you cannot fit any other normal (yale) keys in it if you do this. I spent nearly an hour trying various combinations of spacers and key arrangements and failed. Summary; Good product, would be better at half the price, not 'universal' as claimed.

Rubbish product. Not made for the UK market
This product is not made for the UK market. Yale keys barely fit in it. What a waste of money! I would return it but it was impossible to get the keys in that I ended up scratching it and i know they won't honour the returns policy.

Keysmart
This is a rubbish product. I bought two of these, small unit for two keys and the larger unit for 8 keys and neither perform particularly well. Use of the key makes the retaining screw loose. Fitting eight keys in the, supposed, large KeySmart is also a very poor option.Trying to ket the keys out to use is also a poor function causing broken/sore nails.. Screw it tight and you can't get the keys out. Leave it loose and the thing falls apart.Key size is critical, although not stated. Anything not standard flat Yale type will not fit in this.Very poor and a dreadful waste of money.

Not worth the money.
Not worth the price in the slightest for a number of reasons. To attach the keys is incredibly fiddly made worse by the instructions making it out to be a simple click into place job.Once I got the keys on there is no way this can hold 8 separate keys. The screws (even the longer ones included in a separate packet) are not long enough. Now when I finally attached the keys I love the convenience of it. No more jingling and loose keys. I wish it could have been made a bit simpler.I've had to tighten each side a few times from normal use which is a tad annoying.£20 is way too much.

I wouldn't suggest you buy this
I wouldn't suggest you buy this. I was taken in at first but actually it makes it more difficult to get at your keys. Its just generally annoying to use, but it does neaten things up. I guess it comes down to personal preference, but more often than not I wished I had stuck with my old dis-organised key ring. A few weeks in and I changed back.
