Fiskars Gilmour 03V Brass Shut-Off Valve

I have quick release ends on my hose so I can switch around sprinklers and ends, but the main hose shut off is quite a ways away down the side of the house. This is perfect to have on the far end so I can shut off and restart the hose when changing ends without having to go back up the side of the house to dial in pressure, etc.

You need too make sure you are looking at the lever on the right side too see how too adjust the on/off valve. I had no trouble putting it on our outdoor garden/greenhouse tap and it creates more hand and figure space too adjust the water tap without loosing a bit of skin on the house foundation bricks. Works great with the bright green all weather hose I just purchased from Amazon as well.

Haven't even had this item a month and it fell apart on me today. The on and off lever simply came off in my hand. Very disappointed as I paid good money for what I thought was going to be a quality item. If seller is reading this do you warranty this item?

I have purchased two of these and find them very useful for putting an extra length of hose between the main hose and the sprinklers. It makes watering much easier to adjust rather than returning to the main tap. As per most Gilmour products, they are all well made and reasonably priced.

Had an outside faucet that would leak intermittently. Couldn't find out why so I added this extra shutoff...problem solved!
