I have had a bamboo pillow for a long time and the one I had before, I could not find anymore it was just time to get a new one. I started to search and read reviews and I thought I would give this brand a try. First of all the pillow comes in the plastic bag that is shown in the picture. The pillow is put in there really good. When you take it out of the bag, it is this very flat messed up mess (being honest). When you read the instruction and do exactly what it says, you get this amazing big thick pillow. It stated to let it air for a day. Well, this is what I did...I put my pillow on a pants hanger and for extra support, I got the biggest safety pin I could find and I put the pin through the middle of the pillow by the seam and then closed the pin around the hook of the hanger and luckily it was a nice sunny day, I put mine outside to air. Because it will have a very strong smell to it at first but the smell will (at least mine did) go away. I do not like a firm pillow because I am a side sleeper and the one thing that I like with this new pillow that my old pillow did not have was a cover with a zipper for washing and the main body of the pillow had a zipper too that you can take the little foam pieces out to make the pillow as soft as you want or whatever firmness you like. This is a great pillow and I liked it so much and my husband needed a new one too, that he got me to order him one the next day. He did exactly like I did about the airing of the pillow and the smell went away. He likes his pillow with a little more firm and thickness to it because he stays mainly on his back and he does not wake up with his neck bothering him, like the old one. His old one was a bamboo pillow also. He adjusted his pillow to the thickness and firmness too by taking out some of the foam that is in the body of the pillow. For the price of these 2 pillows are great. We are both very happy with our new bamboo pillows.

I didn’t even know these bamboo pillows existed until I won one in a free giveaway on an auction website. My son loved it so much that he claimed it for himself and threw away all his old pillows. So, I came here to buy one for myself and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t the $99 retail value they kept shouting about at the giveaway – it was actually super affordable for the exact same brand and size. The pillow doesn’t have a weird odor, and it’s incredibly comfortable – firm, but it conforms perfectly to your head and neck. That’s where this review should end, with me raving about the value, quality, and comfort. But no – my other son decided he needed one too. At least he was polite enough to ask instead of just taking mine, so I bought him one as well. All of that to say: clearly these pillows are good. We’re fans.

I like that the pillow has a two-layer casing, each layer with its own zipper to keep the foam in. Better yet, the pillow comes with instructions on how to remove foam to get just the amount of cushioning that you want. I found the pillow to be thicker than I needed the first night, so removed some foam the second night, and removed some more foam after a week, and now it is PERFECT. I kept the old removed foam, so if it ever starts to collapse like all my old pillows did, I'll be able to put some of that foam back in. I also like the quality of the memory foam that squishes just a bit for comfort, while maintaining solid support.

The pillow is actually pretty heavy, but soft and supportive at the same time. It's kinda like a cross between a quality alternative down and a standard memory foam type of pillow. It was definitely a great buy.

Great pillow if it is to hard you can take some of the stuffing out till it is comfortable for you. Finally a good night sleep. Neck isn't sore in the mornings.

Pillow is really thick, big and too firm. I have bought the same brand a couple of years ago and it was perfect, got a replacement one and was not what I expected.

Good pillows. Very soft. Will flatten through the night.
