Enamelware Dinner Plate, 10.25 inch, Vintage White/Grey (Single)

I waited a while to review these to see how they would hold up ... so far they still look brand new. Not only are there no chips or scratches, there is no rust that is so common on enamel ware. I like them so much I purchased the matching shallow salad bowls. Happy with those as well. Yeah, they are pricy. But if they continue to hold-up as they are now, I'm okay with that.

Nice plates but they discolor rapidly. Lovely colors to start with though. Using metal will feel a bit strange at first - it's so much lighter than ceremic. Also when you put something hot in it, it dissipates the heat and cools the food rapidly, unlike ceramic which tends to hold it in. However be careful if you're using them with children (or holding something on your lap) as hot foods heat right through the plate.

I have some similar that were a gift. I thought these were a little pricey but when I got them I realized much better quality than ones I have. They are very nice. Very thick coating.

Very nice plates, plan to purchase more to replace chipped ceramic plates.

I'm so glad I ordered a set of these. I'm getting rid of all my plastic and this is a great set to be able to bring outside and not worry about. Plus I love the retro vibe.
