Does this come with freezer bag to protect roller from freezer germs?

If you have germs in the freezer, I’d be more concerned about them getting on your food them on your face roller. Especially if they are the types of germs that can survive subzero temps

How does this compare to one of those needle rollers?

this one can calm skin and reduce burns of skin after sun exposure.But those needle rollers maybe just can make active ingredients penetrate into skin effectively.Thanks

how do you clean or disinfect the roller?

You can probably spray it with alcohol and wipe clean, if you're asking to use on multiple people. I'm pretty sure heat disinfects not cold...
