Camera was easy to setup and works well, wish I would have gottena 10x zoom for coverage of the area being used.

Purchased two to replace older more expensive camera, and these work great. Super clear picture, good quality. Can work two cameras with one remote, however, differentiating which camera doesn’t work as it should. I press camera 2 and bot cameras move. Remote reads both IR streams on the camera. Will be trying a different controller to see if that makes a difference. I love the camera and will purchase a third.

This was delivered yesterday and it was well packaged.. I hooked it up and it worked perfectly. I can't wait to use it.In one of my large pool tournaments. I'm considering about buying a second camera for a different angle. I also had a extra tripod, and I was lucky enough that it fit on there. Perfectly

The camera had an issue with it which I didn't see until after the window to return had passed. I contacted the vendor and they immediately sent a new camera out. Well done. will do business with them again. Very nice quality camera.

This has been a great camera for zooming our church service. After all most one year and it has started shutting down during our service. Know I must look for another camera.

amazing system My first impression after using this system was just ‘wow!’. While I do know my way around webcams, PC’s, and everyday use tech equipment, I am by no means a tech person. When things become more specialized there is a definite learning curve for me. I was pleased that I was able to figure this system out with minimal confusion. The first application was for a virtual staff meeting conducted via Zoom. The participants were seated and primarily stationary so that was pretty much a set and go situation without much being asked of the system. The second application was much more of a test. Using the previously installed OBS on my laptop my partner and I completed a live-stream sale where we moved about within a 5 foot area for the duration. Between the two of us and the product, this system really shone. Using the AI tracking it kept up with us without missing a beat all while maintaining a gorgeous visual clarity. To say that the movements are smooth would be an understatement. It felt like something out of a sci-fi movie with state of the art surveillance tech that no one has seen before. It moved smoothly and quietly and did not interfere with our production a bit. This system operates with just about every software and platform I have ever used or might use and I appreciate that it is future-proof, as the specs are up to date and very impressive. The remote is robust and has all of the options you might need, but if you’re having a zoom meeting you probably won’t need it, and if you’re moving about you can rely on the AI to find you. There is some setup required with this, but even as a non-IT person, I was able to handle it myself. Every configuration will be different, but this system can also be installed on a wall or ceiling and comes with the hardware to do so. While this is an investment, it is one you’ll likely only have to make once until technology changes substantially. It feels sturdy and built to last, and of course it looks sleek and amazing. A very worthy investment.

I'm using this PTZ camera system with its wireless speakerphone with my Debian 13 rig and OBS and it works straight away without any firmware installation. The packaging says it's made in China, and I see a sticker showing CE, FCC, UKCA, and RoHS certifications. The package included the PTZ camera itself, a DC 12 volt power adapter, a 9.8 foot USB 3.0 cable, an IR remote control, a wall mount bracket with mounting screws, the Bluetooth speakerphone, a USB wireless dongle for the speakerphone, a shorter 4.9 foot USB cable, and printed user manuals for both devices. The camera delivers 4K output over HDMI and 1080p at 30 frames per second via USB 3.0, which is what I use with my Linux workstation. I connect it directly through the included USB cable, and it's recognized instantly by OBS without needing extra drivers or configuration. The 3x optical zoom works smoothly. I can frame a single object at my desk or pull back to include more without losing clarity. The 93 degree field of view captures my entire wall behind me. I control pan and tilt movements through the IR remote only as the TONGVEO Assistant software only works with Windows. The camera rotates a full 350 degrees horizontally and tilts 180 degrees vertically. It’s enough flexibility for me to capture what I want in my room. I use on Auto Framing mode most often. It detects how many people are in the room and adjusts the view automatically without me touching the remote. Presenter Tracking works adequately for solo presentations, though I've noticed it occasionally loses lock if I move too quickly across the room. The speakerphone connects wirelessly via the included USB dongle, and I appreciate not having another cable running across the table. Its omnidirectional microphone array picks up voices clearly within a 20 foot radius, and the full duplex audio with echo cancellation means I don't get cut off when someone else starts speaking. I charge it about once a week. A full three hour charge lasts through multiple day long meetings. The touch buttons for mute and volume are responsive, and the LED indicators make it obvious when the mic is active or muted. There are several connections on the camera body: the DC 12 volt power input, HDMI out for displays, USB 3.0 for computer use, and the RS232 and RS485 ports for larger AV integrations. The remote control saves preset positions. I set one for wide group shots and another for close ups, and recalling them takes less than a second. I think the remote adds a lot of value. The build quality feels solid. The housing is plastic, and the PTZ mechanisms move quietly.

These cameras have worked really well for us in our hybrid meetings using Zoom. We use two cameras linked to laptops with NDI linking them. This allows us to select which camera feeds Zoom and make a separate recording of each one. The picture quality is excellent and the 20X zoom allows us to focus on individual audience members at question time. The only slight niggle is the VISCA and Pelco-D remote control protocols were not fully implemented limiting the controller software which could be used. The manufacturer assures me this has been fixed in the latest version of the camera so I'm happy to give it 5-stars.

Sturdy well built. Excellent picture quality even on maximum zoom. Preset functionality excellent, a must for our church live streaming. As good as conference cameras costing more than £1000 pounds. Would highly recommend.

This is a fairly inexpensive PTZ camera that is great for groups using Zoom which will allow you to pan tilt or zoom around the group or simply place a camera at the back of a room and zoom in on the speaker. It is controlled via a small TV style remote. Really easy to use.
