Samsung SHS-2920 EX Smart Door Lock + 6 RF KeyTags, English Interface & Manual, Applicable Door Thickness 38-80mm

This lock easily paired with my home automation system. I installed very easily with the English manual (written/illustrated insturcitons) inclued in the box. It works perfectly and very smoothly. Taste is personal, but it is very good looking, people who came by my house left great compliments.I am usually bring RF card on my wallet so that it makes me easy to use it. I am quite satisfied with this purchase.

Love it! Works great, easy, and love the auto-lock option. Wish setup was a little easier. I feel the instructions definitely need to be worked on, had to YouTube a bit and mess around with it but finally got it installed!

Works as expected, easy to retrofit standard deadbolt. Keyless entry is nice!

this is the best door lock.it is not waterproof but you can use it outside door.If a door has old key hole, you don't have to make a new hole.6 rf keys are really good and easy to use.

This started out as a wonderful idea.Upon receiving this device, it took some finagling to work properly in my home, as it became apparent (after the fact) that this device is designed for a different market and does not fit american deadbolts. Instead, it uses it's own "strike plate" for the female side of the locking mechanism.I finagled this device to make it work for my home; however, after a month, the device no longer automatically locks after closing the door.Now this isn't a safety issue when entering the home, as you can manually twist the lock shut after entering. However, after leaving the house and walking outside, there is no way to force the lock shut, thus leaving the door unlocked!!I'm hoping Samsung remedies this issue ASAP as I can't lock my house!!

I love it. Easy to install and working good. By the way, I got this package for "Korea Only" which means "Probably no warranty in U.S.A". Anyway, it has slim & small body with all function that I wanted to get. Recommended.

Got this to replace my Yale Assure as my 6 yr old was having a problem remembering the code. It does not go in the dead bolt but is Huge in the inside of ur house and is expected to stick outside ur door and a generic holder screwed to stick outside ur frame to recieve the bolt. Horrible design, definetly not safe (even i could kick this in), and looks horrible. Got today, arranged for ups to pick it back up tomorrow.

Not for retrofit lock. It didn't give a good description (or I just missed it) but this does NOT fit in your existing lock hole. Not sure why Samsung thinks we all drill new holes in our doors, but this lock is designed to fit onto the back of your door and lock into a small catch that you attach on your trim. That feels about as safe as locking the door with chewing gum.Install instructions are more about how to template and drill a hole in your door. WTH?Overall, the lock looks beautiful and if it had a bolt to slid into the door frame, it would have been a keeper. Instead, returning it.
