This book is just great! Its size is wonderful, pictures are, too. The paper is much better than Amazon's usual paper so I'm anious to try coloring options rather than colred pencils. And, of course to top it off, there are Gods word from the Bible printed on the back of each coloring page--so yu can think about them as you color. How perfect is that! I'll look forward to the next book if you have another in you like this!!

I was glad I could order this Christian adult coloring book. The art work is fun and simple to color. It's also fun to have Scriptures on the page opposite the pictures. This book is great for devotions or just something relaxing to do while watching TV.

Small but I love the scriptures on each page

This is the second time I have bought this little coloring book. I filled the first one. Filled with a year full of God’s word. A great investment for a reasonable price.

This is a small format coloring book with well over 100 pages of designs. The designs are all licensed from Shutterstock and only a few of them are Christian in nature. They also appear to have been much larger images that have been sized down to fit in this book. Because of this, many of the designs have very small elements for coloring. I found that I had to use gel pens and markers with small tips in order to color in these. For the sample photo I will post that I finished, I used Pilot Juice Ballpoint Gel Pens in size 0.38mm. I might have been able to use .5 for most but not all of the parts of this designs. The designs are printed on one side of cream colored paper. Bible verses are printed on the reverse of the page. The pages are fairly thin and somewhat smooth to the touch. Many of the designs merge into the binding area. The binding is sewn rather than glued so you could remove several pages at a time without losing any portion of the design by simply snipping a few threads. The book, while small, is thick. It made it a little more difficult to work with (along with the tiny elements.) These two difficult areas of working with this book is why I gave it a four star rating. I decided not to try to finish this design quickly. Instead, I spend time after lunch for a couple of days coloring it. That way, I could also meditate on one of the verses each day as I colored. The Bible verses in the book are from a variety of translations, including: The Holy Bible, Contemporary English Version, The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, The Holy Bible New International Version NIV, the New King James Version, and The Holy Bible, New Living Translation. When testing for coloring medium reaction with the paper, this is what I found: Alcohol and water-based markers all leak through to some degree (except Tombows brush end which left a colorful shadow on the back of the page.) India ink pens left colorful shadows on the page of the page. Gel pens did not leak through but some (Tekwriter and Fiskars) left shadows when using dark or bright colors.) Coloring pencils work well with this paper. Both oil and wax based pencils put down good color with both a light and firm touch. They both layered well. Wax based pencils did better in blending. Hard lead pencils left slight dents on the back of the page.

This compact coloring book brought smiles to a friend in assisted living. She loved the scripture passages and kept leafing through the book looking at the pictures to color and the readings. She kept saying she was so excited to begin coloring in it and reflecting on the passages. Well worth the money.

Loved the verses. Really like the pictures to colour. Quiet a girlie book.

This book is wonderful it has many pages to colour it has 3 verses on each page to reflect on while you are colouring the opposite page I hope it will bless many people and uplift them as much as it has me its very good quality and great value for money I would highly recommend
