can I use the black tint with my Iconsign lash lift kit ?

sure you can! This is a gloss black coloring kit same as Appraise, I use it with my inlei lash lift set together it works so great on color lashes into black appearance. If you wanna use it with your lash lift kit too, after you remove the step 2 Fix/SET lotion. you could apply the coloring lotion on lashes directly. Mix and 3% developer with the Tint-Dye lotion for 5--7 minutes, it will become light brown or clear-grey color, then apply on lashes directly and let it sit for 12 minutes.

Can you also use this on your bottom lashes?

yes, you could use on bottom lashes, by applying the lotion on bottom lashes by our mini red brush, but avoid lotions getting into eyes

How do you measure out 0.5ml?

I just guesstimate. You don't need much. If you follow the directions, you will run out of tint way too fast. I just squuze a little of each in the white spoon. After you do it the first time, it will be easy.

Very confused on if i wah it off, then dont get lashes wet for 12 hours after that

I always dye my lashes wash it off then take a shower right after and the dye lasts so I wouldn't worry about it
