I will ask again: What are fragrance oils? You can't answer "they are fragrance oils". Give us a real answer.

Oh, apologies! Yes, fragrance oil is synthetic, usually made by reproducing the molecules that you find in real essential oils so that you can have consistency in the perfume.

Re ingredient ="fragrance". what exactly is used for fragrance? for example, is itsynthetic, chemical, essential oils, flower petals, etc.

We use a combination of essential oils and fragrance oils in all of our fragrance blends. All of our fragrance blends are phthalate free.

Is the container plastic?

No, it is cardboard and their powders are not fine like many, but more coarse. I found, after smelling it, that it was an overpowering fragrance and i did not like it at all. I buy the sandalwood for my husband, but we are not going to continue because the containers changed and they don't have sprinkle holes. He has to put his in one of their old containers that does. The sandalwood fragrance is nice, but the powder is messy because it is so coarse texture. Half of it goes on the floor. I am not recommending the product.

For how long is this powder effective before it needs to be reapplied?

That would depend on how much powder you apply, where you are applying it, and how much you are sweating. Many of our customers say they put it on before engaging in a warm weather activity and it prevents sweating and chafing. Once the powder has worn off it would need to be reapplied.

Good product

Love this powder. Love the smell. Good quality corn powder. Order it a few times. The only issue I have is the cost. Quite pricey but worth it is no other better choice.

Fragrant and refreshing

All fragrances are great. I got the jasmine, rose, sandalwood and vanilla. The vanilla is not something I would go for. The rest of them are wonderful. Mild, and doesn't overpower yet refreshing. Doesn't feel heavy, goes on very light without leaving residue. As others have mentioned,opening is an issue. Just use a crochet needle or something like that to pierce multiple holes. If using a thinner needle, once pierced, just gently move the needle while in the hole to expand it. Works well that way. Wide powder container will help. Can mix and match scents to create your own version of the fragrance. Good to keep or to gift.

Smells so good!!!!

The Rose dusting powder smells so good! As does the Jasmine, and Vanilla! Silky and soft on the skin. ( **We bought 3in large body brushes separately, after deciding the 6in puff this company sells was absorbing more product than distributing on our body.) Otherwise all good things to say of these Dusting powders, absolutely wonderful!
