Product arrived with a missing part. Open Road was prompt in responding and quickly sent a replacementHave yet to install but do not anticipate any further issues.

Missing screws but works ok
The cable doesn't wind up very well and is too long for its purpose so I had to cut it down. It was also missing the hardware to bolt it to my boat trailer and the the holes were spaced differently than the standard winches I've used in the past so I had to drill holes to make it work. It passed the use test the first time the other day but definitely not as user friendly as a strap winch, which was a bit more expensive...but now I see the prices dropped days after I bought it so that both are now cheaper than what I paid for it less than a week ago...that's sort of shady but hope this product lasts.
