Mega food vitamins the Best
Mega food is a top brand multi food based vitamin. I’ve been taking them for years. It’s just a decades onto that. Knowing that they are food based lends to feeling great as opposed to with the synthetic vitamins creating nausea is not my idea of good so if you’re in the market for a great vitamin mega food is the way to go.

Good vitamins, bad packaging
I've been using these vitamins for a couple months now and they are pretty good. I usually pick them up at Whole Foods but this time I ordered them online because I ran out. It's unfortunate that they were not packaged well and the driver didn't take care when delivering them as they were thrown on the lobby floor. The bottle inside was completely shattered and in a millions shards, but Amazon will not return or replace it.

Can take on an empty stomach is great
These vitamins have been very easy to swallow. I like it that I don’t have to take them with food and can take him at any time. At this point, I have not experienced an upset stomach at all, which is very positive.
