So far I'm finding it provides some benefit in increased energy levels when mixed with some water. I have not been consuming it for a long time so this review may change the longer I use the product. I did read through a few of the negative reviews but I decided to give it a chance anyway to see what my results would be. It does have a salty taste to it when drinking a few drops straight from the dropper, but mixing it in some water has worked well for me so far.
