53204 Advion 4 x 30g Ant Gel, White

Oh my gosh! What a great product. I was checking out the forums the professionals are on, and they recommend this time and again. I was using insect spray in the next day the ants were just marching over it like nothing was there. I had a swarming column of tiny ants going from under my new shed along the side my garage, along the front of the garage, around to the other side. I am talking almost 50 feet long of columns of ants going back-and-forth. Crazy right? I applied 2 tubes during the course of two days, and there aren’t any more ants. I basically wiped out two large nests. During this heatwave we are having, the gel does dry out and the ants aren’t attracted to it anymore.. Speaking of which, soon as you spread a little line of this out, the ants are attracted to it like crazy. I don’t know what’s in this stuff for them to be attracted like that, but it does the job. Homeowner approved!

This stuff is expensive as heck but it is magic. Got rid of my sugar ant problem in ONE DAY. I had been putting out lots of terro, for weeks and never got rid of them. I used a tiny amount of this once in a couple spots and haven’t seen an ant since. It’s a miracle product. Terrified to know what’s in it, but it works!!

My Husband and I recently moved into a new apartment on the first floor. About a week into moving in we found that we had ants everywhere! They came from under the floorboards that weren’t sealed properly which is crazy! Saw many people recommended this product and wow does it work great! Went all throughout the inside of our apartment and out. Whole colony wiped out within the week! It’s so easy to use and when the colony is gone you just wipe up any residue! Just a bit lasted us a long time with plenty left over. We do have just a one bedroom apartment so you might need to use more than we did! Definitely worth the money.

I've tried a lot of products. As soon as the heat sets in, ants come crawling out of every crack. And no matter what I try, they don't go away. They become fewer in number, but they don't disappear completely. I ordered this product to try. What can I say—it works! After I smeared this product on all the places where ants usually gather, they came in droves and greedily devoured the bait. This went on for several days. There were fewer and fewer of them. After about 4-5 days, they disappeared. I haven't seen a single ant for almost a month. I recommend this bait 👌

Not sure how this happened, but I would recommend the seller does frequent quality checks of these gel poisons. Mine arrived completely liquified and thus making it useless for application. I am returning the item for a refund. Disappointed because I stand behind this brand as it has worked very well ridding of pests in the past. Unfortunately, have to give this experience 1 star for poor quality control. UPDATE 8/27 The gel has been sitting in my air conditioned home for about a week after delivery and I noticed it settled a bit; approximately 1/3 - 1/4 an inch remains liquid per vial, but I decided to shake the vial and use it anyway. To say the least, the ants ate it up and it’s helping me keep my ant problem under control. I am adjusting my rating from 1 to 4 stars. A few points I need to make just in case someone else is curious. -you may very well receive liquidated gel in the summer months. We’ve been in a horrible heat dome, and temperatures are easily over 100 degrees where I am. If this gel is being stored in a hot facility or hot vehicle during transport this is a very real issue that may happen if you order during the hotter months. I’ve been told by pest control techs that this gel WILL separate in heat, but the amount of separation may vary. Obviously if your entire vial is liquid, return it. I’d still recommend seller does quality checks to try and avoid this. -I’d wait about a week if you received liquidated gel and shake it up to see if that helps (keep in a cool dry place in the meantime). Mine works just fine and after the initial liquid at the top the rest was gel. In hindsight I’d rather wait for cooler temps if I were to order again.

Recommended to me by pest control professional. Takes an extremely small amount for an effective result. Be sure to put in a sheltered location on a dry day (under a piece of the trim on the house, behind a downspout, crack in a mortar joint) as you want it to remain a few days without getting washed away by rain. Also needs to be in a place where pets cannot access. Only a couple dots worth took out a massive infestation that erupted around my house this summer (dots were about the size of half a pea). Don't kill off the ants that you can see - they WILL find this and then they take it back to the nest to destroy the rest of the colony. They were RUNNING to it the moment I set it in place. Didn't do that for any other method or insecticide I tried. After battling them for a couple weeks with other methods, they were gone within 24 hrs of my setting this out. Probably didn't even use a third of one tube to treat an entire exterior side of my home which means you get great value from this purchase. Loved that I didn't need to use a spray or powder that I could inhale or come in contact with. If needed for interior use, can put in back corner of a kitchen closet, inside a window frame, or other enclosed and fairly inaccessible location. I also used around my garden by putting in a reused and weighted down butter bowl with some holes poked into it. Gave the ants access but did not let insecticide get into my soil. Great product for folks that really want to stay away from insecticide use around their homes.
