Are these suitable for the indominous rex where you feed and they come out of the tummy

Not sure about the Indominous Rex, but these went well with the T-Rex that has the same features. Im confident these will work

is there a chance of getting Rexy in this pack?

Yes, the pack includes at least 1 T-Rex.

Do this work for a cake toopper??

You could probably stick these on a cake without incident. The two-legged dinosaurs have a tendency to fall over, though, so they might topple over and mess up the frosting if you're not careful.

What size are tue dinosaurs?

Very little maybe an inch or two each
